Juniors did 2*200, 2*400, 600, 2*400, 2*200 with 200 recovery each time. I ran with some of the slower ones to encourage them (not because I felt tired!)

Another long day in the hills. Less sun, but still lots of snow and a little rain. Another good run by both of us. Very impressed by her first Mountain Marathon outing
