Had to give the 10k a miss unfortunately. Still feeling pretty crappy.

Jogging from the car park to the area and back again afterward for WD.

36 control pick continuous course at Bestwood with Andy L, Fi and JT. Hung 9 controls - I did 27 to 36 then conitued around the rest of the loop and collected in my 9 controls after completing the rest of the course so 45 controls total. Spiked pretty much everything but know the area pretty well.

Still feeling rather rough and coughing and spluttering my way around. Took it very steady and even then breathing was difficult. Will certainly have to give the 10k a miss tomorrow. :(

Really annoying. Temperature, swollen glands, tickly cough and a headache. i.e. manflu; I'm dying.

Should have been training at Thieves today but had to leave Pete and JT too it. Was looking forward to this one too. Hopefully better for the w/e.

Technique training with Hodgo Ben and JT. Very physical and the undergrowth was pretty severe. Technique was mostly fine but couldn't get any flow going and shoe fell apart on the second exercise so that was it for the day.
