Lynn Woods Green Y course. Mixed contact. Major errors on legs 2, 5, and 7. Found some undermapped undergrowth en route from 10 to 11. I tend to think of brambles as undergrowth, not light green.

Rode on some of the exquisite single track at Lynn Woods. Rear tire was underinflated, so I was sloshing a bit. Also, a bit dehydrated and underfed to be very energetic on the trails.

With a bit of reworking the map to MTBO standards, this could make a quite nice MTBO venue. The tricky thing is that even when some trails widen from singletrack, they are still quite technical, requiring the rider to pay attention.

Brief jaunt down to the shopping plaza for a birthday card. I was underdressed for the temp (51°) so I didn't even make it to the rail trail.

No discomfort in calf.

HR data approximate. HRM is slowly giving up the ghost. Needs a new battery. First exercise in a while, R calf feels fine, but this mode doesn't stresss it.
