Man, felt pretty bagged heading up to the trail run, but made good time and it was WAY less distance than I remembered from last year so I got there a little early. Imagine that!

Hehe, rode to Relentless' place afterward, but had to be on a conference call on the trip there. Thanks to the mute button, no one knew :)

Beautiful day for a ride!

Trail Running 1:02:30 [3]

First Tuesday night trail run of the year for me. Started easy because I was concerned about my back again, but I was absolutely screamin' on the downhills! I slowly started to gain energy on the uphills. Made it to the Meech Lake lookout and man was it peaceful!

I finally did a bunch of stretching afterward as there are a few muscles that I was pretty sure were causing the back pain. Yep, it helped.

My first try doing a yoga DVD on my own. I am so glad that I have gone to a bunch of Mark's Yin classes so I knew what not to over-do during the DVD. I was also able to add some stuff that he normally adds during his class. Look at me - yoga geek!
