Really tired today, not so much from running as the <6 hours sleep avg for the week. Took until halfway to warm up to it but then I went along ok.
An hour dead for the~9 miles so pretty solid on a v windy morning. Special guest max was there and he & paul really pushed on second half.

With paul & camilla, good session and we pushed each other on
Ran by the side of the path which was good for a bit of a terrain workout

Wimbledon night O
Probably enjoyed this more than any other race on Wimbledon. Very steady and no mistakes as such, just occasionally got a bit stuck in the green or missed a path in the dark.
