Chiltern Challenge - Hambleden
Good run technically, but didn't really get the route choice decisions right. Think I gave away 2-3 minutes on these, generally trying a bit too hard when actually a close look at the straight line showed there wasn't much avoidable climb. Compared with Tom Davies I ran an extra 400-500m but probably didn't gain much if anything from that.
Tried to manage the intensity so as to not take out too much before the jk.

Nice run in lovely conditions, a cool sunny evening, no wind, dry ground

Aiming for paces of 3:30/20/10 per km within each set. Just fell short on the very last rep but only by a couple of seconds and it was a bit hampered by pedestrians. Overall good and probably the most consistent set of times out of the 4-5 times I've done this session.
