7 AM

Road running 19:00 [1] 2.92 km (6:30 / km)
shoes: inov8 road-x 233 (ii)

Gentle morning jog with em. Quads a bit shredded after last night - I was pushing reasonably hard especially on Star Hill.
7 PM

shoes: inov8 road-x 233

Cycling 1:55:50 [3] 51.8 km (26.8 kph) +450m

Worked from home today so had some time to play with in the evening. Reprised the route from the other week only a bit shorter and a bit quicker. Found Star Hill a challenge again - not the best known hill in the area but still 100m climb in not much more than 1km.

Road running 36:00 [2] 7.4 km (4:52 / km)
shoes: inov8 road-x 233 (ii)

HFW via train, nice evening for it but felt tired - more due to heavy few weeks at work than training tho.

3 PM

Cycling long 2:52:00 [3] 72.1 km (25.2 kph) +830m

Out to the Kent hills - Ide Hill, Toy's Hill and The Hog. Suffered a bit up toys and the hog but a solid enough pace overall.
100 miles will be too much for anything other than a nice day out though - not in any state to push things.

10 AM

Swimming 25:00 [2] 0.9 km (27:47 / km)

2 laps of shepperton, 800m in theory but I went um a little wide in my first open water swim in a while.

Off-road running 18:00 [3] 4.5 km (4:00 / km)
shoes: inov8 road-x 233 (ii)

Then a transition run, 3 laps of the lake. Very nice.
