Bishops Park parkrace
I think this area is great, and the course was well planned to mix up longish fast runs with short tricky legs. I was going well I think until #17 and 18 where I lost all sense of scale. #17 was 50m out of the estate then 25m along the river to the control. I must have run close to 200m along the river. Then massively overshot the turnoff to #18 in the same way. Over 2 mins dropped.
Then found it hard to keep up the intensity.
