Nice longer than normal warm up run with Danger.

Luckily not alone today in completely stuffing up #1.
Took some non optimal routes to 2,6 and between 12-16.
I think I let the major stuff up at 1 influence the rest of the race as I was resigned to a poor result and didn't push as hard as I should have. Having said that the course was great and if I had pushed harder I may have stuffed up more.

Pressed for time this afternoon but I figured a short paddle is better than no paddle, and much better than working. :-)
Inside Mindarie marina for a few laps of the boat pens, concentrating more on technique rather than intervals today. I kept a steady pace for most of the session just slowing down to go under the walkway on each lap, the garmin had my avg moving speed at 10.7 km/h for the session, not sure how accurate that is but I'll take it.

Run along the coastal path from Jindalee to Mindarie and return with Jacko & Jolt. Nice easy paced run, looking forward to start building up the distance.

Not a very productive session. Wasted 20 mins looking for HR strap before giving up. I'll get the planned interval session in later in the week. Tonight was just mostly steady with a couple of bursts put in after I needed to get of the bike a couple of times to deal with the girls as Deb was out. 35 mins estimate productive time out of the hour I set aside.
