Orienteering race 1:20:00 [3] 11.5 km (6:57 / km)

Took Ash's start in the H20 15-second-interval start group.
Started the course well but got a little bored/lost motivation to push so waited a bit for Henry on the long leg. He caught me but kept on pushing so I decided to drop off.
Got pretty hungry and didn't really want to spend a long time in the forest so cut a few controls.
Haney caught back up with a big pack so I jumped on for the last few controls into the finish.

Good fun but it was a little disappointing to be at oringen and not be racing the full 5 days competitively (also being sick).

Took Aidan's course in M20E
Pretty good run from me. Had good middle distance type navigation aggression and kept it relatively clean.
Lost 30sec just running out of a control the wrong way not thinking - silly mistake just need to keep the focus.
Just a little bit more time lost from not running quite precise enough and smooth enough through controls.
Quite happy though. Really fun course and was good to run against Matt and Henry.

The sickness is pretty much all gone but still struggle a bit on the hills and the more intense parts getting tired.. Just need to clear up the throat a bit more.

Orienteering race 48:13 [4] 8.0 km (6:02 / km)

Took Brodies course for oringen 3-day.
Ok race. Made a couple of mistakes losing 2-3min. And lost some more time not being aggressive and direct enough in the terrain.
Body didn't feel %100 but definitely getting better.
Very happy to be good enough to get a run in though!
