Ran like a monster today. Running super fast through the forest easily below 4min k's. Lost about 30sec on #4 running up a gully too early.. Just proved to make me more animal like and push pretty hard on the long leg returning (#7?).
Was getting super tired towards the end and made a massive rookie error on the second last one, losing 40seconds and letting olle slip through for the win!

Plan was to hold back a bit on the pace after some wise words from big geoff.
I knew I was making a bit of a gamble that others wouldnt make mistakes.
Did not pay off in the end. Pretty pissed off to have a poor result after a nicely clean run.

Pretty good race. Started with solid pace and held a good rhythm through the harder controls.
Lost a bit of time on 14 & 15 from sloppy nav.
Felt a little held back on the breathing again.

Had a pretty good run excluding some wobbles.
Took a massive stack trying to jump the fence on the east side of the map - foot got caught on the bottom and went over onto my head/shoulder.
Still had a bit of a cold hanging around in my nose/neck which made breathing a bit of a struggle.
