Reformer Flow 1.5 with Leah. Leah runs a much harder class than the other instructors. This one was pretty heavy on hip flexors, which are a weak area for me anyway.

With Rhonda and Karen from Karen's house, on the way home from Pilates class. Karen confirmed my observation that she seems to be completely recovered from hip replacement in November.

Rhonda’s idea to go up as far as Pisgah Mountain Road, her longest of the season. I definitely had some tender spots.

Note
Zack has mowed pretty much everything around here, and decided it was time to take the mower deck off the tractor, clean it and grease it and change over the blades. So that is what we did. A little more elaborate to get the deck off and on since he removed the front loader a year or so ago, but he has a technique for it, and it all happened pretty quickly.

I haven’t done this in a long time! I’m guessing maybe 4 years. Back then I was mountain biking with Zack at Nassahegon, but he hasn’t been much interested. This was at Cowles Park in East Granby.nice place, lots of trails. This was Charles Jr’s idea, and we met there. He’s been wanting to ride with me for a long time, trying to talk me into coming down to Queens to ride with him, which was very unlikely to happen.
PT session at my friend Brian’s place. He has built up quite a PT empire. I’ve been going this week to get some help with my hamstrings. Some traction on the low back which feels really good, and some various exercises, all of which I have done before, but here with a lot more intensity. Sore and tired after.
