Hudson Highlander - details in leg comments. Ran mostly with Phil, but also quite a bit with Dave Levine, Sam Levitin, Sharon, Tori, Dean. A bit with Glen and J-J. The number of times I will do this appear to be approaching a limit. A lot of trouble with agility on the rocks, and several near misses to a really crunching fall. Very sore feet and back, but not too bad for cramping this year. Even made it through the car ride home without having to issue the standard command: "Stop the car!" Peter Goodwin nice enough to drive on the way back. He was feeling spunky, I guess, having done "only" the lowlander.

"filthy fifty" with the girls (Rhonda, Jan and Sue). 50 reps each of 8 exercises. Best time by 1:24. Most improvement on box jumps and push presses. Lost a little focus when the level of chatter got high toward the end.

A very favorable workout so early in the day. Perhaps it would have been even more pleasing without the second cup of coffee before starting.
