Out on the trails at McLean before it got too hot, although not enough before apparently. Large and hungry FDF population, with many kills. They seem to feel I am most vulnerable at the nape of the neck, which is where they are most vulnerable, too. This group of FDFs seems not to have mastered the strike between the shoulder blades, where they are virtually impervious to retribution. Too lazy to fight through a sweaty t-shirt, I guess. Rhonda towed me around at what passes, for me, as a brisk pace these days. Very sweaty.
