Billygoat run, Macedonia Brook. A fine course and a fine day of orienteering. Pleased to get finished in time for a shirt this year. Nice to run with Paul Bennett, who was in lively form.

Pre-billygoat sprint # 2 at Pond mt. Left it all out on the first one- a lot of trouble getting up the hills. Bobbled #2, down one line too low. Otherwise good navigation.

The moral equivalent of boot camp, I guess. Rhonda set a circuit of exercises in the gym for her 6am crowd. I've been laying off yoga because my wrist can't take down dogs and the like, so I tried this.

Bunker Hill/Hanson route. Time is an estimate, as Rhonda commandeered my watch after breaking hers. Not much is sacred around here. Achy knee, general sluggishness. Allergies have me quite lethargic last few days.

Took the train to Phila and back. Long day, with the drive to New Haven and pretty intensive meetings in Philadelphia from 10:30 to 5. Getting too old for stuff like this.
