In the gym with Eric, mostly stretching, deadlifts, one leg get ups. Much better on the right than on the left.

On the Tunxis Trail with Tullio. A little long and difficult, and we mostly kept a pretty good pace, nearly 6:30 by the time we finished. This used to be a favorite running route, but it's been quite a few years now. Best time running it, now at least 20 years ago, was 69:10.
