Wasn't much of a warm up map, you could see all the controls while sitting in the quarantine area, so I just ran around the quarantine area.

Did some orienteering in the woods behind us so we just did it in our group of four since the rest of our team is sick with a stomach bug, which the swedes also have. So we would run a route and then discuss it when we got there or dices the route choices for the next one.

First day of jwoc training, and we did some pretty easy stuff. We ran at a slow pace and were supposed to plan our routes before we started.
