One of my worst streeto's ever! Poor route, poor decisions, stuffed around looking for some answers. Good training in hilly area. Love the temperature difference once you get to the coast - Hot, stuffy Maitland needs to lift its game!

Running 24:00 [3]

Ran down to the flat track near home and did 15 x 30/30. Haven't done these for a while thinking the faster running aggravates the knee. It felt fine during but is tender now.
I told josh how when I've done them before I do ten, but if I do 12 then I'm allowed to walk home haha. He said why don't you do about 20? Anyway, I did 15 tonight so that meant I could not only WALK home, I could walk whatever pace I liked :)
