Have still Fränäs wetwest, so decided to do aquajogging instead of swimming.
It was a tougher training than swimming because the limiting factor when trying to swim faster is still the technique and not getting enough breath.

Seline showed me how to do aqua jogging and Sabe came as well.
For now and then I should like it, but I'm not sure if it is more strength or more endurance training. It depends on the exercise you do.
