Tomila (longdistance & massstart race), 1. National Event, Forst, 13/28
Run at the limit, did 3 bigger mistakes (nr 1 / just after 7 / nr 16 -> total ~3') Very happy with the result but way too tired now ;-)
I always read the map and knew where I was. Sometimes I could catch up the train because I did not make the mistake they did. So sometimes behind the train, sometimes in front - fun.
But I'm still looking forward to the next events, where you have to do the orienteering all of your own - and you don't have all the people around who make you run faster than you should ;-)

planned 5:10/k for the fast part, but I was probabely too fast: ~4:50/k, which is the speed I want to run at the GP Bern in 2 month
I eather trained too fast or I can run the GP faster than this. Probabely it's the first case - next time I must run slower!
