Not better and not worse than yesterday.
1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18: ok
4, 5, 9: wrong route - should run more direct (1', 30", 20")
3: control area (30")
10: 90 degrees wrong away from 9 and a detour in the control area (2'30")
11: came 30 degrees wrong - why? Did I read from 15 to 14 instead of 10-11 for some time? I don't know... (2')
16: missinterpreted the dark green and so thought to be more to the right than I actually was. Had to relocate. (1')

2nd day, Le Désert
1, 6, 8, 9, 11, 16, 17, 18: good
2, 13: wrong route (90", 30")
3, 5, 10, 12: wobbles in the control area (20", 30", 20", 20")
4: searched too early because I thought to be on the path which was not the one on the map (1')
7: read wrong: compas AND contour lines (90")
14: distance ok, saw the different parts I crossed but not the objects along. Ended up way too high (3')
15: wrong direction -> changed the route (30") and too low, had to go back (30")
In difficult terrain I could still improve my technical skills a lot!
Its too late to improve for WMOC now but at least I want to avoid bigger mistakes like 4, 7, 14, 15. Not more than 5' mistakes in the 2nd quali and final. 1st quali, les Breuleux: max 3' mistakes.

3j de franche comte, 1st stage, City of Besancon with the old fort. It was not a sprint but a middle distance. Knew in advance, that we have to cross a 400m tunnel. I decided to do two sprints - one before and one after the tunnel.
In the first part, made small mistakes (4-10") to 1, 5, 7, 8 and 14
20" to nr 10
14-15: big, foolish mistake (1') so I started easy jogging at 15 (to 16, 17 and through the tunnel to 18)
Then I wanted to do a 2nd sprint. But could not concentate well enough, was tired and this part was not very demanding anymore. Nevertheless made another big mistake to 22 (80-90").

Very easy Gyrischachen-loop. I'm not in shape, but don' feel sick anymore.

To Hasle Rüegsau and back. Took a swim in the Emme there.
