orienteering race 1:11:15 [4] **** 6.5 km (10:58 / km) +220m 9:22 / km

National event at the Fürstenwald. It's a really nice forest just next to Chur. Felt much better in the terrain than yesterday, but made three stupid mistakes. Over all: not good, not bad.

National Competition at Brambrüesch. Beautiful terrain, but in my opinion better for hiking than for orienteering. I cannot run in this steep terrain, with this sort of alpine vegetation. Moreover, I made two big mistakes.

From Bern Wankdorf to Burgdorf. It feels quite hard compared with the low heart rate.

Evening O-event at the Hürnberg. Its one of my favorite forests in Switzerland - good runability almost everywhere. Tried to push, because it should be easier to navigate than last week in Finland. Made a few mistakes and the heart rate shows that the speed was not very high. But over all it was a good race.
