orienteering race 1:10:00 [3] ***** 5.0 km (14:00 / km) +200m 11:40 / km

Arth-Goldau, map: Schutt. It was technically so demanding, that the physical part was not important at all. The forest consists of many big rocks, and the big question is, which ones are on the map. The race was held as three short legs with about 5 Minutes breaks in between

Lucerne City Run. The time was ok compared with my training - I have already done the same race half a minute faster three years ago.
