Demanding course and the fog did not make it easier. Lots of brambles, but nevertheless I liked it very much. Summary of my performance: first half: very well 2nd half: rather bad

DUO-NOL with mikee. Score-OL for 1 hour. Did a huge mistake in the beginning - both reading from the wrong control and "thinking us" on the wrong path, resulting in a parallel error. (We even discussed why all the others were heading to the left).
Nice, but I should start to train again instead of doing tough stuff.

Have not done Yoga, PowerYoga, Pilates or any other of those popular fitness-courses before. So did not have any idea what awaited me.
I would say quite a tough strenghts training, but mentally relaxing because all the movements are so slow. Enjoyed it!
