My bro was 22:45 and this other kid (7th grade) beat me! UGH!
I didn't wear a watch so i dont know my exact time...i will edit it when i know.

Ran green instead. Ask daddy. I guess he thought it would be too long. I liked it though. I actually thought it was kinda easy. I placed 2nd again. Happy with that.

Excelent race on red!! Almost. At least one slight problem. Maybe 30 seconds? Very pleased with the result!!!

NEW MILE PR!!! WAHOO!!! 11 MPH ON THE TREDMILL!!! I woulda done it faster...except the dum tredmill dont go no faster! UGH! oh well! lots of fun!

nothing else new... just tired from Dryland Training...OH! I got the speakers hitched up so now i have some..."motivational" music to keep me going! :D
