20ish warm up with a few drills
8x2/1. Took me ages to get going in the warm up (achilles etc) so I didn't have high hopes but it went a little better than expected! Struggled with the cold air and slowed a tad on 6, 7, and 8, but happy enough. Good to feel wrecked at the end.
