Perfect ‘winter’ day today! Tried to do some tempo stuff in between because I feel like I just kind of plod along a lot of the time. It was hard, so I guess that means it was probably good.
Took me a long time to get going today and didn't really feel like my legs ever properly got going. Energy levels have been super low since Friday and I kinda thought it was just because I had a draining weekend with no training. Now not so sure...

Woke up early for intervals but I wasn't feeling 100%. Housemate has had a cold so I thought I'd be smart and not push it. Felt better as the day went on so went for a little jog along the coast IN THE DARK. Zero lights along the footpath so probably won't be doing that loop again after sunset.
Easy jog to get back into it. Calves were crazy tight! Also didn’t realise this was so short until I got back inside. I could’ve sworn I’ve done this loop before and it was at least 35min... oops!
