1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1. Every speed 'session' I've done of late has only totalled either 8 or 10 minutes of hard effort, AND I clocked the fastest pace I've gone in a while on these 60 second efforts, so woo! (I'm all about taking the little wins at the moment). In a good frame of mind with training where as long as a session is tough and I feel like I've had to push I'm happy, no matter how slow my times are or how short the session is. Not sure how long that'll last though...
