Had my acupuncture appointment this morning to try to fix my immune system and get rid of all my nasties. Decided to try to listen to my body and have a day of not much. Good decision I think.
At Walka with dad. He’s nursing a bad calf so wanted to walk for 4 min jog for 1, ended up going that 15 or so times. I felt a bit doms-y but good. Ripper day!

My god, I'm shaking. Who knew tricep pushups were so hard! My scrawny arms couldn't even do one...
Haven't played enough games of netball in the season to be able to play semi's (tear) so I squeezed in a quick jog before spectating duties. Had to fast all day for an MRI so I was a weird mix between lacking energy and really full because I had only just eaten. Took it really easy but felt ok. I really like that I feel so stoked even when I only run for 20minutes - that would've made me so cranky/sad a few months ago.

Challenging mum to at least 5minutes of strength for November. We have a box to tick and everything, I've never felt so competitive.
Walk jog with mum. I took a bit of a dodgy turn last week and started to feel quite sick in the head again. Feeling a lot less fatigued today so I thought this was a good thing to do, and I feel even better after!
