Felt absolutely awful in the head and very tired physically. Couldn't concentrate for a whole leg at any point during the course which meant I made a fair few mistakes. Didn't realise just how much time I lost on the long leg though, oops! Cool map though!

Running 45:00 [3]

Same as yesterday but I got up 10min earlier so I could enjoy myself a little longer. To Sydney park again, then I did a 'tempo-ish' lap and 4 hills up either side before heading home. One side of the hill was about 75seconds the other 65. Fun! Still sniffly/cough-y but I couldn't not have a go at the hills when there were that many other people doing it. Considering a day off again tomorrow though, my head seems to feel real good when I wake up but then gets more blocked as the day goes on.

Figured my trip to work well enough now that I can now do a jog beforehand and not get too stressed. Ran to Sydney park, did two hills and came back. Moving ok this morning but I had to stick to the bigger roads to have street lights and it meant there was a fair bit of stopping at traffic lights happening. Was out and about for at least 35-40minutes but this is all the running I did, how annoying!

Jogged from where I'm staying in Redfern to Centennial Park for a loop and back. Moving at a slow pace again but at least today I felt a bit more myself and could hack out at least a little bit of a longer one. Another beaut day in Sydney!
