No warm down

Was fun! Enjoyed the start but was a bit confused, lost a fair chunk on 6 because I over corrected myself and expected to be looking for a bigger rock than it was. A few silly routes in the buildings, and I got confused by 12 and 15. Other than that felt very average and incredibly slow.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Tried a warm up but my chest was having none of it. Had been looking forward to a tough Long on this map for ages! Knew I wouldn't have a chance at making the 9km so decided not to start and then give the sprint a go tomorrow. Tagged along with Alvin and walked around a bit of the rock, so fun.

Orienteering 59:47 [3]

Started ok, made a little mistake on three because I didn't pay attention to my compass on a downhill leg, but recovered alright for the next few. Then got a tickle in my throat at 7 and couldn't stop coughing for the rest of the course. Body really started to struggle on the leg back towards the arena, felt so flat and ill and had zero energy. Loved the area, I just wasn't really up to it!

Such a fun game. Sadly the last of the semester but even with the loss I think we finished on a high! Full game at GD, still a bit chesty but otherwise feeling pretty fine, not lethargic or anything.

Really really really easy warm up jog on a treadmill.

Cough is still around but loads better today and I had to celebrate my last assessment for the semester with some form of training! So a strength session it was. Kept it low on the exhaustion level, yesterday's rest day made me realise that's the smartest thing to do.
