Note

Late night getting home from the footy and I worked all day so had to prioritise either sleep or an easy session. Chose sleep, and glad I did because a good four people at work were coughing and sneezing :|

cycling 1:06:00 [3]

15min warm up, 6 x 5/1, 15min warm down. It hurt, was good.

cycling 1:15:00 [3]
(injured)

Didn't have an abundance of energy this morning. Legs were a little tired and I had a bit of a headache, but that was probably because my shoulders and neck pulled up sore from the rowing too. 3 x 10min tempos thrown in there to make it interesting.

Running 20:00 [3]
(injured)

Five minutes walk to warm up a little, and then I jogged! And it wasn't even that sore woo! Didn't feel toooooo unfit and sluggish and unco either which was nice.

Rowing 25:00 [3]

10min easy to start, then 5x2/1. Oh my god. So hard.

Running 15:00 [3]

Was meant to warm down on the rower but I didn't want an extra minute of that, plus I got a nice blister on my finger. Had jelly legs and a stomach ache, but still fun to run.

Strength + Conditioning 30:00 [3]
(injured)

Before the cycle, mostly core and leg strength.

cycling 45:00 [3]
(injured)

Another huge day at Uni so I went to the cycle at the Forum before I headed home. I'll be honest, didn't love it. I feel like attempting to cycle at 140rpm is just a little bit ridiculous, and i'm not sure how people were doing it let alone after 8 dial changes?! Anyway, quickly realised I was better off modifying the class and I still worked hard.

Note
(rest day)

Didn't really want to have a full rest day but there weren't enough hours for training...

cycling long 1:50:00 [3]
(injured)

Read some journal articles which killed a good hour but the pages started disintegrating a little too much from the sweat to do that any longer. Pretty ready to stop after about 80min and started to get a little hungry but I didn't want to go home and write my report so I soldiered on.
