Note
(injured)

Had to change my physio appointment to today which meant I saw a different guy. He thinks because that same muscle is super tight and weak its made the tendons in the bottom of my feet a bit wrecked and I have the early case of plantar fasciitis. He did some dry needle work on that muscle (weird) and massaged my foot and I'm to rest today and tomorrow but test it with a run on Sunday. Then he can he can decide whether I should keep training normally while it's treated, depending how it feels on the run. Wish I'd been able to see this guy to start with!!!

Note
(injured)

Physio has recommended I don't run until my next appointment on Saturday. She thinks it's all because my glutes are too weak and my hammies are overworked... I dunno, but i'll give the exercises and stuff a go. I can still swim but i'm not sure if i'll do that today or not. Maaaaaaan

Strength + Conditioning 40:00 [3]

Phsyio exercises and a bit of extra.

cycling 1:50:00 [3]

Was going to do half cycle half run but I ran a few steps from the car to the gym and felt my foot so I tried to stay smart. Locked myself in the cycle room at the gym. Listened to a podcast with Jess Trengove for the first hour but a 'long run' on a stationary bike in a room by yourself tests the motivation levels thats for sure. Turns out the levels are high but, proud. Hit a new level of sweaty today...
