Mona session. Classic Nicola went a little too hard at the start and then realised a little too late that I wasnt quite making it back and didn't quite have the extra competitive drive to reeeeally push it. But I felt loads better today and loads more smashed at the end than the other days so I'm pretty happy still.

Didn't at all intend to do much today but I couldn't pass up a nice view. Easy 22ish out with a walk up to the lookout and then the jog back. Legs felt pretty alright.

2* 4hill reps, then 2x shorter ones to finish. Dunno how I feel about it. Kinda down that I keep feeling a bit sick in the belly but can't work out if it's just a normal off feeling and I'm being a huge wimp for noticing it. Think I felt strong ish though? This week is going so quick and I still don't feel like I've smashed out a really solid session!

Langfords gap to Fitzgeralds hut loop. So excited to get overtaken by Brett Robinson. Felt alright to the hut but then struggled from the 65min mark. Legs were doing fine still but my stomach / chest wasn't happy. Felt a little better for 5 or so minutes after a quick drink from a stream but that didn't last too long. I rekon I felt the altitude more today, dunno

Morning jog followed by breaky, a coffee, and a geez at the 100+ people doing 1k reps. Pretty glad we're doing ours later...

Had pumped myself up for a solid 6x 1km, 60sec recovery for a good 6 hours. Got to the end of number 3 and was wheezing like crazy, did another at a slower pace but then I really couldnt breathe in enough at all because of that yucky chest/throat pain you get. So had to call it quits early for the first time in ages, and it was here of all places! Very bummed. A bad combination of cold air and hayfever I guess, but the Steers got me telfast on their way up and i think I'll be taking my ventolin with me for the next few days. Lesson learned!

A tad worried about having so many days in a row of just running with the camp this week so I went for the cycle option instead. Alternated 5mins fast/ 5mins more resistance to keep me a little entertained. Real excited for tomorrow now!
