Half game shooting and half keeping. Shockingly enjoyed shooter more this week, team was doing far too well in attack and I hardly touched the ball in the second half, and when I did I was usually doing something bad... we got the win but it was probably the last game for the season, sad times!

Streeto #3 (maybe?) at Raymond Terrace! Didn't really feel like I could get going any faster today. Sluggish and had a stitch from the start and then had some troubles with my calf/achilles. Calves were super super tight and my feet started to feel like they were going to go numb again, been a long while since thats happened! Putting it down to just having generally tight muscles and not warming up enough, she'll be right. First week i've been back on time but I think this may have been the week being late payed off!

Have decided that for the next two weeks I'm just going to do whatever training I feel like, uni is crazy and I think stressing about proper training is making me not like it. So today it was a cycle! I felt like absolute crap, so so weak it was ridiculous. I'm claiming (hoping) it was the trx.

Was getting less and less productive and decided I needed a proper break outside. Felt fine running and it cleared my sniffly head, just feeling a tad flat after. Glad I actually really wanted to run again though, had a few days of having to make myself get out last week.

Solo long run to walka. A bit of a niggle in my hamstring but I felt ok. Nice day too so it made the loneliness not quite so sad. Apparently it was 'everyone mow your lawn day' though so I was a sneezing mess on the way home.
