At the gym again. Yesterday was my first time cycling in a good while so today was not the most comfortable in the seat... Absolutely buggered from this! 10min intervals and the screens were working so I could push to get the same distance. Best class i've been to for ages I think!

Body Blitz class at the gym. Only did this because I had planned to last night, definitely wasn't feeling energetic enough to really want to after the cycle. Arms are now shaking.

Sore calves so went for a cycle class, it's been so long! Worked hard and enjoyed it.

About this time last year I had some weird problems with my heels, it was kind of like the bones just started to stick out and I really struggled to wear any of my shoes. It ended up just going away but over the last two days it's started to reappear on my left foot. I'll get the ice on it but I can't really work out why it'd come back all of a sudden... Hoping it won't stick around long.

Another run from home as soon as I got one from uni, started to get a bit hungry and flat by the end. Still not quite 100% so I thought I better hold off on a proper session for a bit. My arms were still sore from yoga on Tuesday, that's when you know you're a weakling...

Feeling a bit better today, most likely because there was no woc to watch yesterday and I could get to bed before 2am. Hoping tomorrow I'll feel better again and I can treat myself to a little jog :)

Too keen to get out of the house and jog to not go Orienteering. Just did the short course, although the terrain was so nice and fast I may not have gone as easy as planned. Super fun so i think it was worth it, don't think I would have made my cold any worse.
