Had a solid hour sleep on the bus to the airport and another on the plane back to Göteborg so to be honest quite glad I've got even this done. A run would've been good but the flight was an hour delayed my head was throbbing. I need a nap!

Spent the whole day walking around London, literally the whole day too! Saw all the sights and there was even some sunshine! But I honestly couldn't think of a much more frustrating place to go running, too many people and cars so I can deal with missing one today

Really wanted to stay in bed this morning but wasn't sure how much of a chance ill get to train in the next 2-3 days, if at all. Legs were a bit tired on the hills but it was a nice jog, pretty cold at the start!

16min warm up and a pathetic 7mins of warm down, oops!

Running intervals 36:15 [3]

Threshold intervals, 3min, 5, 7, 5, 3, 5 with 1.30 recovery. Still feel like a bit of a rookie and had no idea how fast to run and all of that, but i had a guy to run with tonight and it kept us both going which was good. Actually kind of happy with how i felt tonight! Didn't feel fast but strong enough in the legs to not fatigue too much which is a nice change. The 7min effort was a bit slower but it also included the two biggest hills so i think im ok with it!

COL Strength. Legs a bit sore today so i didn't run but now i think i wish i had. Anyway! Reeeeeally regretting my recent lack of stretching today

My place to Skatås for some loops and then back. Was really keen for some orienteering but i woke up with a sore back and it wouldn't have done well in the terrain. Legs a little tired but it was a nice run, blue sky today wooo!
