Found a Sprint map of Bergen on World of O with a course from February this year, so so so fun! We couldn't find a park so ended up starting at number 7 and then joining it up to finish at the same control. Legs didn't feel very fast but i think thats understandable considering i've only been doing long and kinda tough and hilly walks in the last few days. It feels like i've just done heaps of strength sessions stepping up onto rocks and all that, I could even feel my arms hurting when i was running and i think it's from pulling myself up with chains on yesterdays walk... The course took about 21mins and then i just jogged a little extra around waiting for mum
