Intervals at Glendale with Macey Malin Tazza and Josh there for support, and thankfully his support wasn't as brutal as the coaching the soccer coach was giving the kids training on the oval. Nobody could enjoy soccer with that much yelling!
Session was 10x 300m with 100m recovery. First three times were good, but things deteriorated pretty bad for me after that. Just could not get my breathing under control at all, not even in the recoveries. I guess its expected with a hard session and i'm still not super used to intervals, but it got kinda frustrating and i felt pretty icky. Actually pretty pleased to have done them all to be honest.
