Running warm up/down 17:00 [3]

14 min warm up around uni and then a little 3min jog to the car at the end. It got real warm!

Orienteering intervals 45:00 [3]

Sprintervals at the Uni with Josh, Macey and mum. Mum set two lots of four loops, each 500m-ish straight line. Think each set ended up being about 2.5km? Really good fun! Had a bit of a break in between each of the sets to get to the next start, not alot of rest between the intervals though because the mozzies were absolutely insane so we just went as soon as each of us were back and switched maps. First four were all good i just may have taken some slower route choices. Started to get a bit tired on the last one of the second set and made a few little mistakes. My garmin wasn't working properly though so i have no idea on my speed, i felt like i pushed pretty hard though.

Two of the big laps of walka, considered another little loop but it was just a bit too hot for me so i chickened out. Wasn't focussed at all on how fast i running today i just wanted to do get a decent run done! And funnily enough it feels pretty good to have tired legs from running again!

Unfortunately work rostered me on so i couldn't go to streeto, but i'm still not 100% so i dont know if i would've done it properly anyway. A little jog from home was enough. It's about a week now with the cold so things will be all g tomorrow i rekon ;) Straight in the pool after, so so warm!

Very easy effort from home because i just really wanted to. As much as i dont want to admit this to dad im not sure it was the greatest of ideas, just because it was already pretty warm out. I feel better because i did something though and now i have all day to recover!
