Had a go at some ints at Barnsley. Made 5 loops each of 5 or 6 controls that were used for the club event two weeks ago. The first two loops were all good, the last three quite the opposite. Hard features to find without tapes maybe but i just had shocking technique for the last three!
3km jog around to the oval, and then i pushed it for three loops up to the water tower and one lap of the oval. I went up the road to the water tower so it was a bit of a longer hill and down the dirt track i usually do hills on. I think each loop was just under 1km so it ended up being about 3.5km with the oval. And then i just ran home again :)
Run around Ashtonfield with Dad. Nice loop on some dirt tracks if you cancel out the smell of the tip. My stomach was making all sorts of noises in the last 10 minutes, super strange.
Calves were rather tight so i opted for a gym class with mum involving some weights and lunges and abs. Pretty confident i had the lightest weights on my bar out of everyone in the class but im completely ok with it, my arms were jelly...
Tas relay champs. I have had better runs... Lost a bit of time on number 6 i think it was, and then a heap in the last loop! Im definitely not aggressive enough in the bush ive decided. Pretty awesome area though, pretty annoyed i didnt quite get it right because it was super fun
