Running 30:06 [3]

A morning run before school. Everytime i run in the mornings (once ive finally got my eyes to open) i think I should do it more often, mornings are just so nice! Just a little loop around the streets. I'm a bit worried that my calves are struggling so much this past week, i think ill just have to make sure i do some extra stretching.

Park Orienteering 30:16 [3]

Park0o final! I enjoyed the map, buildings aswell as park was great fun. Looking back i had very silly route choice to number 12, and it was either number 21, 22, or 20 i also was at the bottom of the wall and the control was at the top so i had to go all the way around. There was also a very friendly dog following me for a fair few controls, it was kind of awkward to run with him there, i was worried i was going to crush him!

Note

Also, i've been really dodgy with my attackpoint-ing these past two weeks... But i will get on top of it from now on.
Shame i missed logging the minigaine mum and i did the other weekend, that would've looked awesome on my log! :P

Running 15:42 [3] 3.13 mi (5:01 / mi)

School cross-country, it was actually really tough!! Around the school grounds and the near street twice, so it wasnt really cross-country, but there was a fair bit of hill involved.

Orienteering (NOL 3) 1:52:16 [3] 9.3 km (12:04 / km)

NOL 2
I missed control 5 and 6, so unfortunately i lost the pack early, and i also missed control number 10 on the second map, the first one in the rock. Im pretty comforted by the way my legs held it together though, i haven't been able to orienteer that long for a while :)
