Running 31:50 [3]

Got up at 6:30 to go for a run, and it was pouring!! I had to wring out my shirt a fair few times whilst running, and my shoes were squelching when i walked inside. After it died down a tad and the drops of water didn't hurt when they hit my eyes it was pretty nice :) Plus i could still keep up a good pace and push myself at the end, so i was pretty happy with it :)

Cycle class at the gym. I pushed myself super hard, and i was pretty sore after the first track even so my legs felt soooo jelly at the end. Really good and tough i thought :)

Strength + Conditioning 15:00 [3]

Abs class. My goodness its tough!!

Park Orienteering 50:00 [3]

Intervals at Jesmond Park instead of the Newcastle Uni event. All were around 1 km, the ones that were further definitely felt it! It was really good training, and so so good to use SI too!
Time includes a warm up and control collection at the end aswell :)

I took advantage of getting home at 12:30 and did pilates while nobody could witness it. It was like being in a sauna though because our house was so hot, it was so gross!!!!! I could feel it the next day too!

Street Orienteering 47:21 [3]

Oshea Day 2.
I'm not sure of the time i was running exactly, but Rhi and i got back pretty close together which was cool :) It was enjoyable, and i was so happy with my legs, i didn't get much pain at all! Perhaps because i wasn't concentrating on it, but still :)
My shoes got sooooo dirty though when i had to run through a big puddle :(
