7 x 200m, and 6 x 100m. Did them alternating. Then was going to do a 1km run with josh, or far behind josh, but i didn't have a watch so i just did the last 400m. I enjoyed it, last ever time i get to do with josh that for at least three whole months!!! :'(
Orienteering intervals (Bush intervals.) 34:03 [3] 4.0 km (8:31 / km)
Did the intervals dad set. It was pretty fun. I was slow on the first loop, and then i stuffed up the last control. On the second loop i went really bad to the first one, but the rest was ok. Then on the last loop my legs hurt a fair bit.
Park Orienteering intervals (Hunter River High) 22:20 [3] 4.0 km (5:35 / km)
Because i'm such a genious i decided to stuff up my first loop, which was the shortest one. The rest if the loops were pretty good, i got pretty tired though by the end. I had a good time though, i like doing this stuff :)
