Running race (Zone Cross-Country) 20:00 [3]

It was pretty good. I came second. The girl that came first went off really fast at the start and i tried to not let her get any further away from me but she just didn't slow down, so i just couldn't catch her. I think she must've been training a fair bit because i beat her last year. A big difference between me and third!!
Oh and i have no idea on what my time was.

Running 23:57 [3]

Mother and i went fo a jog to take a dvd back. My legs were so tight! Especially my calf muscles. I'm fairly sure they would've gone numb if we didn't fully stop to take it in to the shop. I saw my P.A.S.S teacher running aswell :P

cycling (Cycle class at the gym) 30:00 [3]

We walked in and mum goes "oh great, it's Mr Monotone" haha. It was the guy that doesn't really get you pumped up because he just kind of says 'stand, sit' and stuff. But i did get a tough workout. Legs were burning and they felt like jelly after.

Orienteering (NOY 2 - Kitchener) 1:01:05 [3] 4.1 km (14:54 / km)

I idn't make any mistakes, which i was happy about. But i just wasn't orienteering fast. I kind of dawdled, and should've been running faster. I enjoyed it though, even though if was raining, and muddy, and i got soaked.

Time includes marking my map and getting it absolutely soaked in the process, struggling to get my newly soaked map into the map bag without ripping it and dropping my compass in the mud in the process, and getting to the start triangle.
