Ran down to the flat bit and did a bit more for warm up. Just ran home to warm down.

I did stride throughs. Seven of them. I felt so tired at the end. I had to run into the wind every second one, it was pretty hard. Glad i did them though :)

It was a good run and i only stuffed up one control, but i just welt so weak and thirsty and it was hard to make myself run. Apparently we didn't get into the really nice bush much either, but i still enjoyed it.
