Warm up/down 8:00 [3]

Ran down to the flat bit and did a bit more for warm up. Just ran home to warm down.

Running intervals 18:00 [5]

I did stride throughs. Seven of them. I felt so tired at the end. I had to run into the wind every second one, it was pretty hard. Glad i did them though :)

Stretching 7:00 [3]

Really needed to do a stretch after. I should stretch way more often!!

My legs were hurting heaps. And it was so hot! The windows were foggy. She had some dodgy music too i thought, mum probably liked some of it though.

It was a good run and i only stuffed up one control, but i just welt so weak and thirsty and it was hard to make myself run. Apparently we didn't get into the really nice bush much either, but i still enjoyed it.
