Running (With Josh) 50:03 [3] 8.0 km (6:15 / km)
Josh took me for a run!!! :) I was worried before we started, but it was actually really good. My calf muscles were hurting at the start but then they warmed up a bit and they were better. He took me up a big looong hill and said i could either go normally up it and just keep going at the top or i could go faster up it and then get a mintue rest, so i couldn't pass down the rest. And after it i felt fresh again too :)
