Walking 2:00:00 [2]

Drove to the Grampians and did two walks. One was the pinnacle walk and man you were high at the top!!

We also did a walk Down to McKenzie Falls. It was pretty steep coming back up! : )

cycling (On my new bike : )) 50:00 [3] 15.2 mi (3:17 / mi)

Went to lake Wendouree and rode around it while mum and dad ran. I rode around it twice and then i started riding backwards to see if i could see mum and dad but i couldn't so i just rode back to the car again. I didn't relly like it how people don't even care about other people on the track and they just let there dogs run out infront of you when you are going around them on the grass but oh well : )
And plus, the lake wasn't even a lake, People from "Jams Mowing" were there moving it!! :O

Terrible terrible run today. It started off alright but then on the way to number 5 i stuffed up majorly and then from then on it wasn't a good run at all.

No troubles again which was good. I Felt like i ran harder and aswell as navigating pretty good. I really liked the area : )

It was a bit of an easier orange course today so it was good to try and get better at orienteering fast. I didn't have any troubles : )
