Note

I had to get up early this morning to go and see the physio man. He told me that i had torn a muscle in my leg and because it is right near my bum everytime i change direction when running and stride it keeps on aggrevating it which is why it is still sore. After netball i have to cool it for 2minutes and then heat it for 5minutes and do that 3 times. I hope that makes it better! : )

Netball race (Game at Charlestown) 1:00:00 [3]

We only had 7 players there to day so that meant everyone had to have a full game. That turned out a bad thing because another girl was also injured and one was sick.
The physio man told me not to go to hard when i was playing. My leg felt fune warming-up but as soon as i started sprinting or changing direction it started to get really painful again. It was hurting just as bad as before i went to the physio which was annoying.
And also i actually played the worst game ever eventhough i wasn't very mobile. We ended up losing too. Hopefully everyone (including me) will be back on track next week : )

Warm up/down (warm up before game) 10:00 [1]

I got my friend to do a warm uo with me because Physio man told me to warm it up and stretch it good.
He also told me to warm down and stretch at the end of my game but i sort of forgot and ended up stretching a bit in the car. I am a silly girl!! : )

cycling (Cycle class at the gym) 30:00 [3]

Was planning on going to Hans training however because of how my upper upper leg hurts me when i run dad suggested i do something that doesn't cause me discomfort.
As always i tried hard but at the start i probably could have gone harder for the first track we did. I think my ears are sort of deafened because of how loud the girl was playing the music! : )

Running intervals (At the oval) 22:00 [4]

Dad took me over to the oval to do some interval type things. I did 10x100m sprints and then i did 1x200m and then 1x300m ones. He set a time that i should do them at and i did them all at the time he thought.

My bum was hurting like always so i think mum is going to take me to some place to get it checked to make sure it isn't that bad.

It was heaps fun going over there, i felt like i was actually training and apparently my arms were in the right spot too : )

I did a 12minute warm up including ladders and stretching and that stuff and then i did a warm down too. In the warm down i was stuffing up the ladders because of tired legs though : )

cycling (Cycle cass at the gym) 30:00 [4]

Had to get up earlier than i would've liked to go to the class today. I was sound asleep and when i was about to put on my shoes i realized they were still muddy!!! It looked pretty funny but anyway. It was hard hard work and i tried hard and i feel glad i went now : )

Gym (Cardio Camp class) 30:00 [4]

This was after the cycling. It was heaps fun but once again heaps hard work and very exhausting. At the start we skipped and then did a circuit thingo and then stomach work. We did boxing and weights which made me realize actualy how weak i am, lol.


oooooo and when we were coming out of the gym SHAKE IT came on hehe : )

Orienteering race (Belangalo- Miners Despair) 44:27 [4] 3.9 km (11:24 / km)

Was heaps scared and nervous before the run. Was nervous becsuse it was an orienteering race and the scared past was because of IVAN. However once i got started i didn't think about that at all. I was having a good run and was trying hard and then at my second last control i read it as a gully instead of a spur and spent a fair while being confused until i eventually found it. I probably could've ran a bit harder during the course too. I am still happy with my efforts even though i made that mistake : )

I got to te start early early today so i kept on running and stretching and doing drills to keep warm and to warm up. Was a bit sore on the warm up and then was going to do a warm down with dad but we ended up just walking because i was sore again : )
