Running race (Newcastle x-country) 13:43 [4] 2.5 mi (5:29 / mi)

We got to go to cross-country today because netball wasn't on. It was good to be able to go but i wish i had a better first run. Am not sure on my exact time but so this is just a rough estimate. Felt tiredish at the end but when i look at my time, it isn't that good. Mum and Dad thought i would've done it quicker and i hoped i would've done really good. If i can go to another one i will try to go way harder and do a better time : )

Warm up/down (Before and after x-county) 10:00 [3]

I can actually say a warm up and warm down today, ran up and back a track twice with "kazza" for a warm -up and on the warm-down i ran around the oval once with "stk66" for a warm down : )

Stretching (Stretch after run) 7:00 [1]

I did a stretch after the run too, gosh i'm a good girl, lol. I didn't do one at the start but anywho : )

cycling (Cycle class at the gym) 45:00 [3]

Went to the gym to do a cycle class with "Kazza" again. The class was taken by a new girl, she did lots of long hills. I didn't work as hard at the start but towards the end my legs were killing. It was very hard work. I got very exhausted and it was really hot.

Oh and The girl that took it kept on singing to the songs, She was really off pitch and it was very disturbing, lol : )

Running (A run around Ashtonfield) 20:39 [3]

Went for a run with "Kazza". It took us a while to get going. We weren't really in the mood and i ws cold and windy so we only went for 20minutes. It started to get dark by the end so it was kinda hard to see but we managed. We went out for ten minutes and back for ten. It worked out good. I got a bit of a stitch on the way back but i managed. I am glad i went because i really didn't feel like it : )

Warm up/down (After the run) 3:00 [1]

I don't know if many people would call this a warm down but it goes good for me. I just walked up the street for a bit and back. It was really nice to just walk for a bit. was good : )

Stretching (Stretching after my run) 7:00 [2]

Stretching feels good lately. I am liking it. I so wish i was more flexable, but anywho. Just did the usual stretches, felt good again : )

cycling (Cycle class at the gym) 30:00 [4]

This was like the first cycle class i had been to in a while and it was obvious because i got a bit saddle sore : ( It was a good, tough class like usual when the guy takes it. I saw two of my firends there too : )
I didn't work as hard in the first track but after that i did and was exhausted by the end. At the very end we had to do little 20minute sprints and they felt sooo long. It was fun though : )

Gym (Abs class at the gym) 15:00 [3]

Whenever i go to this class i always find myself complaining because it hurts yet i keep on going to it. Once again it was hard on the abs and they felt very sore. My two firends were at this class tooo and whenever i looked at on eof them i could just see her laying on the ground talking to the other one. lol It hurt : )

Orienteering race (Hunter schools O' Champs) 13:31 [3] 2.0 km (6:46 / km)

I was entered in the 13 girls but my course was a green course so it was easier. I enjoyed it. I haven't done a Green course in yonks so it was good fun. I did a little error but it wasn't that big and i found it easy after that. The only bad thing was that when i did that little mistake Russel RIgby was there with the camera, Embarrassing lol. I had goo fun though : )

Orienteering race (Hunter schools O' Champs) 44:36 [3]

This Time we did the score course and my course was an Orange course this time. Score courses aren't really my thing and i was really worried about how far i could go and my route choice before i started. However, I got around it good and got them all in the 45minutes, only just though. I only had a little mistake on the last control i went to. I got a bit confused because there were heaps of windy indistinct tracks and yea, but i found it ok in the end. Other than that and the fact that my calves were killing me going up the hills it was a good run and i enjoyed it : )

Stretching (After the Hunter O'champs) 5:00 [1]

I only did a little stretch at the end with tam., Joshwa, and ellanaw. I got a really dirty bum and my arms were itchy because of the grass, lol : )
